Despite an abundance of work opportunities, navigating a potential professional life in a country in the Arabian Peninsula is an incredibly difficult endeavour, especially when you're from India. With no dearth of skilled talents seeking jobs from India, employers find it quite difficult to effectively reach out to them and hire the best candidates appropriate for the profession. Enamored with an idea to better streamline this incredibly tedious process, a startup founder approached with an idea to develop a portal.
A digital portal that would effectively connect opportunities with talents.
Inspired by the tenacity and perseverance of the talents in seeking better work prospects, a network of staffing agencies, skill verification agencies and employers was to be created while the product continued to be built. To facilitate this, an initial experience was to be defined - encompassing a brand identity, as well as login and registration screens - which in turn would help in establishing a inceptive database of connections, functioning simultaneously as the product was developed. Additionally, as the product is still in development, it has been anonymized.
