A 25-storey high-rise residential project, located in the midst of a bustling area in Kochi, India, with commercial spaces along the frontage.
The terraces are stepped, creating a largely communal spatial interval between the lower and upper blocks of the building. This allows the site to have multiple "ground planes", allowing for pedestrian interactions to happen both at the actual site ground level as well throughout the stepped terraces.
The entire structure is enveloped in a "veil" made of concrete jallis, incubating green spaces within it for every apartment.
